…waking up feeling like complete and utter crap I had this feeling.A hopeful feeling. A feeling that if I just got my butt up and out the door and set up my market booth I could make it through the day and it would be worth it.
And it was.
Though my goodness but I was this close to not going feeling as poorly as I was/am – I’ve been fighting a cold for at least two days now. I’m really determined to nip it in the bud. Power packed smoothies, going to bed early, just trying to really take it easy.
But. I had to go to the gym on Friday. It was one of those situations where I wasn’t soooo sick that I couldn’t show up, but maybe, (in hindsight) too sick for a Crossfit workout. Thus resulting in the asthma attack. I’ll do a better assessment on Monday.
Not being able to breath when you want to really sucks.
But I feel that I’ve digressed.
Market day was beyond beautiful. The sun was out, virtually no wind. It was as if last weekend’s weather never happened – and I’m glad for it. I sold three skirts, met some really nice people, got great feedback and have very nearly settled on a booth configuration that I think will work. Now that there’s only one market day left in the season.
Better late than never.

PS: I also discovered this fantastic local artisan I’ll post more info on my facebook page later in the week.
